With over 25 years of professional experience in semiconductors, communications, RF systems, and information technology, Gary specializes in mergers and acquisitions, IP licensing, and strategic product alliances.

Before joining Yole Group, Gary held senior management roles at several leading international high-tech companies, successfully driving global and regional market expansion. His extensive multinational management and industry strategy experience have contributed to growth in key technology sectors.

As part of Yole Group’s executive management team, Gary plays an active role in strategic dialogues and collaborations within Taiwan’s semiconductor industry. He is instrumental in advancing Yole’s market research, technology insights, and corporate advisory services, strengthening connections across the value chain.

Gary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and remains actively engaged in the Asia-Pacific high-tech ecosystem.

Axel occupies a new position in the company's marketing department where he bridges products, sales, and markets, tailoring reports and services for global clients. He leverages strong technical insight to develop value propositions and support strategic product initiatives.
Prior to this position, Axel was a Senior Technology & Market Analyst, Imaging, in the Imaging & Display team. He contributed daily to technology & market analyses on various imaging technologies and participated in the production of the relevant Yole Group products.
Axel Clouet is the author of various scientific papers and conference presentations.
Axel earned his PhD on CMOS image sensors at CEA-Leti (France) after graduating from the Grenoble Institute of Technology (France) with a specialization in semiconductor physics.
