ICSCRM – INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SILICON CARBIDE AND RELATED MATERIALS

From 2023, ICSCRM becomes an annual scientific event that explores, presents, and discusses the newest achievements in the field of wide-bandgap semiconductors focusing on silicon carbide (SiC) and other wide bandgap semiconductors. The paper presents the potential direction of leading automotive OEMs development of next generation of SiC based powertrain, along with the innovation of 8-inch platform and massive wafer capacity expansion worldwide.
