Jean-Christophe is a graduate from EMLyon Business School (Lyon, France) and has a Ph.D. in Semiconductor Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble (France).

Claire Troadec is Director of Global Semiconductor activity at Yole Group.

With her valuable experience in the semiconductor industry, Claire manages the expansion of Yole’s global semiconductor team’s technical and market expertise. Daily interactions with leading companies allow these analysts to collect large amounts of data and cross-reference their vision of the market’s evolution and technological breakthroughs.

In addition, Claire focuses on managing the business relationships with leading companies in this sector and developing market research and strategy consulting activities inside the Yole Group.

Claire Troadec holds a Master’s degree in Applied Physics specializing in Microelectronics from INSA (Rennes, France). She then joined NXP Semiconductors and worked for 7 years as a complementary metal-on-silicon oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process integration engineer at the IMEC R&D facility. During this time, she oversaw the isolation and performance boosting of CMOS technology node devices from 90 nm down to 45 nm. She has authored or co-authored seven US patents and nine international publications in the semiconductor field and managed her own distribution company before joining Yole Group in 2013.

Based in Malaysia, Yik Yee follows the semiconductor packaging industry and its evolution. Based on her technical expertise and market knowledge, she develops technology & market products and is engaged in dedicated custom projects.

Prior to Yole Group, Yik Yee Tan worked as a failure analyst and interconnect principal at Infineon Technologies (Malaysia) and later as an open innovation senior manager at onsemi (Malaysia). While at onsemi, Yik Yee was deeply involved in numerous innovative advanced packaging projects.

She authored more than 30 papers and wrote 3 patents related to semiconductor packaging technologies.

Yik Yee Tan holds a PhD in Engineering from Multimedia University (MMU, Malaysia).

As Services Director, Jérôme drives Yole Group’s services activities within the semiconductor industry, overseeing business development, shaping service offerings, and leading project teams to deliver high-value solutions that meet customers’ strategic and operational needs.
As Principal Analyst within the Global Semiconductors team, and with in-depth market and technology expertise, Jérôme leads the development of major analyses and reports covering the global semiconductor industry while contributing to Yole Group’s research strategy. Through these complementary roles, he helps strengthen Yole Group’s position as a leading source of market intelligence and strategic insight across the semiconductor value chain.
Jérôme is the author of numerous analyses and international publications covering advanced packaging, power electronics, and semiconductor manufacturing. He is also regularly involved in international conferences, giving presentations and delivering keynotes, as well as serving on organizing committees.
Prior to this, Jérôme spent three years at ASML in Veldhoven (The Netherlands) as an Application Support Engineer specializing in immersion scanners. During this time, he acquired photolithographic skills which he then honed during a two-year stint as a process engineer at STMicroelectronics (France).
Jérôme Azémar graduated from INSA Toulouse (France) with an additional Master’s in Microelectronics and Applied Physics (France).
