Mycronic AB (publ) has received an order for an FPS Evo from an existing customer in Asia. The order value is in the range of USD 11-13 million. Delivery of the system is planned for the first quarter of 2026.
The FPS Evo is a multi-purpose mask writer that can be flexibly configured to address various photomask applications. The FPS Evo series is built on the new state-of-the-art Evo control platform, based on a modern software and electronics architecture, ready to meet both current and future requirements from the electronics industry.

Mycronic’s Pattern Generators division provides mask writers and metrology systems for display manufacturing and production of semiconductors.
