To celebrate the partnership, Varjo and Razer are offering a special promo code for a $100 discount on new Aero purchases for a limited time only. Type the code RAZER or RAZEREU (valid for USD and EUR currencies, respectively) in the Coupon/Gift Certificate section at the Varjo Store to use the benefit.

Varjo, the leader in professional-grade VR/XR hardware and software, and Razer, the lifestyle brand for gamers, announced a new partnership to deliver the ultimate computing experience for graphically intensive gaming and work. Two models from Razer’s portfolio are added to the Varjo-Ready Computers Program, expanding the availability of computers that are compatible with Varjo’s highest-resolution virtual and mixed reality products.

Razer’s clientele of high-end gamers can now enjoy Varjo’s industry-leading VR directly through selected Razer Blade gaming laptops. The first Varjo-Ready computers by Razer include the Blade 17 gaming laptop with 3060 GPU and the Blade 17 with 3080 Ti GPU, delivering the ultimate high-performance combination for XR and VR experiences with Varjo headsets. The Blade 17 with 3060 GPU is certified to work with Varjo XR-3, VR-3 and Aero when using Varjo Reality Cloud, Varjo’s new VR/XR cloud streaming platform, and the Blade 17 with 3080 Ti GPU is certified for Varjo XR-3, VR-3, and Aero for local use.

Featuring top-tier performance, the Razer Blade 17 sports NVIDIA RTX graphics up to a 3080 Ti operating at up to 175W TGP and 12th Gen Intel Core processors up to an i9-12900H. This power shines through factory-calibrated cutting-edge display technology and offers more than enough ports to connect other peripherals alongside Varjo headsets, making the Razer Blade 17 a VR-ready mobile powerhouse. More Razer products will be certified in the near future.

“We are thrilled to welcome the global lifestyle brand for gamers, Razer, to the world of high-end VR/XR,” said Mikko Mäkinen, Varjo’s Director of Business Development. “Together, we are now able to deliver the most realistic immersive experiences, combining the highest-performance computing and the most advanced VR technology on the planet to meet the demands of both premium gamers and enterprise users alike.”

“At Razer, we are always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in gaming. Our partnership with Varjo, a leader in virtual and mixed reality technology, provides our customers with an unbeatable combination of computing power and visual excellence,” said Travis Furst, Head of Laptops at Razer. “For pioneering VR users looking to take their immersive gameplay or work to the next level, the combination of Razer Blade laptops and Varjo headsets is a game-changer that unlocks a world of new opportunities.”
