TERA strengthens its position in the real-time air quality monitoring sector with the acquisition of OMWAVE

A strategic acquisition to strengthen all stages of the sensor value chain, from design and development to production of the NextPM range
§ Strong operational synergies expected in order to optimize production processes, significantly increase production capacities and improve sales cycles of OEM sensors, while guaranteeing customers sensors at the cutting edge of innovation
§ Building on this structuring acquisition and the continued rise of its sensors activity, TERA is now targeting a turnover of at least 10 million euros from this activity by 2026.

Groupe TERA (FR0013429404 – ALGTR), a major player in the real-time analysis, measurement and valorization of air quality, announces a stake of more than 50% in OMWAVE, pioneer of IoT in France and specialist in the design and production of connected products. This strategic acquisition is part of the development strategy of the sensors activity and allows the group to strengthen its position as a leader in the field of environmental monitoring.

OMWAVE is a recognized player in home automation in France, for more than 10 years, in different fields (health,
robotics, energy, etc.), achieving more than 2M of turnover in 2022. With its sites in Paris and Toulouse, OMWAVE
intervenes at all key stages, from architecture to production including the installation of its solutions. The company,
which has been working with Groupe TERA for more than 5 years, has continuously delivered a very high quality
level of execution through numerous achievements, in particular the citizen sensor, the NextPM Lite and the
SafyrOPC.

Already recognized for its high precision and versatility, the NextPM series of sensors developed by Groupe TERA
will benefit from the technological know-how of OMWAVE, which has advanced expertise in sensor integration
processes. Together, the two players will benefit from strong operational synergies which will be reflected in
particular by the strengthening of their expertise in the design, development and production of sensors, allowing
the group to offer complete solutions meeting specific customer requirements.

With this alliance, Groupe TERA reaffirms its commitment to technological innovation by offering cutting-edge
solutions in the field of air quality monitoring. The consolidation of diverse and complementary skills with OMWAVE
will also allow it to expand its impact in the industry and respond more comprehensively to the growing needs of
TERA Sensor’s customers globally, supporting them in their product developments, while accelerating OEM sensor
sales cycles.

“The union with OMWAVE constitutes a significant step in our development and marks our continued commitment
to offering cutting-edge solutions for air quality monitoring,”
said Pascal Kaluzny, founder and CEO of Groupe TERA.
“With this strategic acquisition, Groupe TERA further strengthens the positioning of NextPM, and more generally of
its sensors, by significantly improving its product design capabilities in order to offer personalized solutions adapted
to the complex needs of customers. Our teams now include more than thirty engineers specializing in key areas such
as hardware engineering, software engineering, design and mechanics, electronics, but also engineers specializing in
embedded software, new expertise on which we can now rely thanks to the qualified workforce of OMWAVE

Olivier Moinecourt, founder and President of OMWAVE, added: “We are delighted to join forces with Groupe
TERA for the development of our company. This union will strengthen our position in the global market and allow
