“Dear Friends of CS MANTECH,

It is with regret that on behalf of the CS MANTECH Executive Committee and Board of Directors, I have to announce The 2020 International Conference on Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing will not be held as originally planned for May 11-14 in Tucson, Arizona.  The risks, uncertainties and restrictions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and resultant Declaration of States of Emergency both in the US and the State of Arizona are too great to ensure the success of the conference as originally scheduled.

At this unprecedented time, CS MANTECH necessarily needs to prioritize the safety and well-being of everybody who contributes, participates or assists in holding the conference. The COVID-19 pandemic and the fast moving, wide reaching responses by the authorities have combined to ensure there is no reasonable path by which the conference could reliably be held and meet the expectations of authors, exhibitors and attendees.

I regret the inconvenience this decision may cause you. I hope the fact that our announcement comes eight weeks prior to the planned conference dates alleviates the disruption to your schedule and travel plans.

Members of the Executive Committee will be reaching out to authors, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees in the coming days, to provide further information addressing the various questions you may have.“

The conference will be held at the J.W. Marriott Starr Pass Resort nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Catalina Mountains.

The CS-MANTECH conference has been the only conference dedicated to featuring manufacturing-focused presentations alongside state of the art compound materials challenges and industry-leading device performance demonstrations, all within a single venue.

Tutorial Workshops

CS MANTECH workshops provide a well-rounded set of industry topics. Workshops are aimed at industry engineers, students, and suppliers looking to learn about processes, and anyone curious in III-V device arena.
