The SiC Power Center (lead organizer), Enterprise Europe Network and Yole Développement are pleased to announce their collaboration on the International SiC Power Electronics Applications Workshop, ISiCPEAW. More information.
ISiCPEAW 2016 is a three-day event, consisting of two workshop days (May 18 – 19), followed by one tutorial day (May 20). The event will cover the latest results and innovations in power electronics applications of silicon carbide technology and international experts will share their expertise, recent developments and visions of SiC electronics applications.
Besides, Yole Développement will co-organize a session dedicated to GaN with key players on the second day, such as Panasonic, Transphorm, JTH/SP/SAAB and more.
Also, after our presentation on May 19, we will chair the panel discussion that ends the workshop. The debate will focus on SiC vs GaN vs Si and will include: Wolfspeed (Jeff Casady) – Fairchild (Martin Domeij) – Toyota (Kimimori Hamada) – Transphorm (Philip Zuk) – Infineon Technologies (Dr. Gerald Deboy) – System Plus Consulting (Elena Barbarini).
