Hassan Cheaito, PhD
Technology & Market Analyst, Power Electronics
Hassan Cheaito, PhD is Technology & Market Analyst, Power Electronics at Yole Group.
He contributes on a day-to-day basis to the analysis of power converter topology trending in all power segments (rails, xEV, wind, datacom, PV…).
Previously, Hassan has worked in the R&D department at ‘Eaton e-Mobility’. He has established a deep technical root-cause analysis for the issues coming from the production line of a DC/DC converter. He contributed to the design of the next generation of the power converter.
Before, Hassan has developed an aeronautic prototype dealing with the green taxiing. He was the responsible of electrical storage system design as well as the EMC filter. He has expertise in UPS, battery storage system and PV installation.
Hassan obtained a PhD in EMC in 2017 from École Centrale de Lyon (France), where he developed electrical models for equipment seeking the acceleration of qualification of aircraft equipment.
Hassan earned a bachelor’s degree from the Lebanese faculty of engineering (Lebanon).
Amine Allouche

Amine Allouche is Technology & Cost Analyst, Semiconductor Substrates & Materials at Yole Group.
With solid expertise in the field of compound semiconductors and power electronics, Amine produces reverse engineering & costing analyses while also working on custom projects. He collaborates closely with the laboratory team, and together they define the objectives of the analyses and determine the methodologies necessary to reveal the structure of a device and all materials required for its development and production. Amine's aim is to determine the technology choices made by the leading companies.
In addition, Amine runs a daily technology watch to identify innovative devices used in electrification, power electronics, and related manufacturing processes. His objective is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the evolution of technologies and to identify the technological strategies of the leading players in this field.
Amine attends numerous international trade shows & conferences where he meets companies and discovers the latest innovations. He also presents key results of his studies during webcasts.
Amine holds a master’s degree in Micro & Nanotechnologies with a focus on integrated systems from Grenoble’s Polytechnic Institute (France). He also graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) (Lausanne, Switzerland) and the Politecnico di Torino (Italy).
Claire Troadec
Business Line Director, More than Moore activities
Claire Troadec is Business Line Director of the More than Moore activities at Yole Group. These activities are covering imaging & display, photonics & sensing, battery & power semiconductors, and radio frequency.
Based on her valuable experience in the semiconductor industry, Claire is managing the expansion of the technical and market expertise of the More than Moore activities. Daily interactions with leading companies allow these analysts to collect a large amount of data and cross their vision of market segments’ evolution and technology breakthroughs.
In addition, Claire’s mission is focused on the management of business relationships with leading companies of this sector and the development of market research and strategy consulting activities inside the Yole Group.
Claire Troadec holds a Master’s degree in Applied Physics specializing in Microelectronics from INSA (Rennes, France). She then joined NXP Semiconductors and worked for 7 years as a complementary metal-on-silicon oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process integration engineer at the IMEC R&D facility. During this time, she oversaw the isolation and performance boosting of CMOS technology node devices from 90 nm down to 45 nm. She has authored or co-authored seven US patents and nine international publications in the semiconductor field and managed her own distribution company before joining Yole Group in 2013.
Milan Rosina, PhD
Principal Analyst, Power Electronics and Battery
Milan Rosina, PhD is Principal Analyst, Power Electronics and Battery at Yole Group.
He is engaged in the development of the market, technology and strategic analyses dedicated to innovative materials, devices and systems. His main areas of interest are e-mobility, renewable energy, power electronic packaging and batteries.
Milan has 25 years of scientific, industrial and managerial experience involving equipment and process development, due diligence, technology and market surveys in the fields of renewable energies, electric mobility, energy storage, batteries, power electronics, thermal management, and innovative materials and devices.
He received his PhD degree from Grenoble Institute of Technology (Grenoble INP) in France.
Milan Rosina previously worked for the Institute of Electrical Engineering in Slovakia, Centrotherm in Germany, Fraunhofer IWS in Germany, CEA LETI in France, and utility company ENGIE in France.
Ezgi Dogmus, PhD

Ezgi Dogmus, PhD is Activity Manager, Semiconductor Substrates & Materials at Yole Group.
With an international team of analysts, she is managing the expansion of the technical expertise and the market know-how of the company. In addition, Ezgi actively assists and supports the development of dedicated collection of market & technology products, as well as custom consulting projects.
Prior to Yole Group, Ezgi worked as a process development engineer for GaN-based RF and power solutions at IEMN (Lille, France).
After graduating from University of Augsburg (Germany) and Grenoble Institute of Technology (France), Ezgi received her PhD in microelectronics at IEMN (France).
Taha Ayari, Ph.D.

Taha Ayari, Ph.D., is Technology & Market Analyst, Semiconductor Substrates & Materials at Yole Group.
Taha’s expertise is mainly in power electronics with related WBG materials and emerging semiconductor substrates. He is fully engaged in the development of technology and market products, as well as custom projects.
Taha has two years’ experience as a Technology & Cost Analyst at Yole Group, where he focuses on the development of compound semiconductor reverse engineering & costing analyses.
Prior to Yole Group, Taha was a research engineer at Georgia Tech Lorraine (Metz, France). He published numerous papers with a particular focus on III-N materials.
Taha holds an MSc and a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Atlanta, USA).
